Social Annex’s Ratings and Reviews solution now gives clients the ability to use in-mail reviews, which are review solicitation emails with review forms contained within them. Asking customers for reviews in this manner makes the review-writing process much more convenient and consequently increases conversion. Clients using in-mail reviews currently have a 10% success rate, which is much higher than the industry average of 3-5%.

Additionally, Social Annex’s omni-channel clients can now implement offline reviews. Merchants can feed purchase data from brick and mortar stores into Social Annex’s Ratings and Reviews engine in order to solicit reviews via email from in-store customers.
